Quando os Ventos Mudam was part of Festa do Livro em Belém, held in the gardens of the Palácio de Belém in Lisbon, from 17 to 20 September 2026.
I joined the event for a book signing on Saturday evening, surrounded by writers, readers and books in the gardens of the Portuguese Presidency.
